STANDARD RESORT DOG BOARDING PACKAGE:

$55 PER NIGHT
The standard overnight suite package includes:

• Private indoor 5ft x 11ft doggie suite with attached private outdoor fenced patio of similar size

• Stainless steel non-tip dog bowls and raised dog bed

• Multiple sessions of outdoor group or individual play per day

• Private meal times

• Lots of love!

ADD-ONS: In addition to everything your package includes,

you are always welcome to add extra walks or treats for

your furry friend!

Extra Forest or Pond Walks:
-15 minute walk - $7.00
-30 minute walk - $12.00

Extra Treats:
Kong Filled with treats, peanut butter, cheese whiz, or your dogs favourite snack - $3.00 per kong

RATES: DAYCARE (ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO HST)
Full Day (4 hours and over) - $30.00 Per Dog/Per Day
Full Day (4 hours and over)- 2nd Dog from the Same House - $25.00

Half Day (less than 4 hours)- $20.00 Per Dog/Per Day

Half Day (less than 4 hours)- 2nd Dog from the Same House - $15.00

Payments

We generally receive payments at time of check out, but you’re welcome to pay in advance as well. While personal cheques are not accepted for payment for boarding, we are happy to accept any of the following forms of payment:
•VISA
•Mastercard
•Cash
•Etransfers (in advance for new customers but can be done after billing for regular clients)

 

Cancellation Policy

We are only able to accommodate a certain number of dogs at our Doggie Daycare and Boarding Facility at any one time, so when we reach that limit we begin to turn away requests. During times such as holidays, we may even reach our limit well in advance.  Our scheduling is based on the number of dogs boarding, so unfortunately cancellations affect us year round. Therefore, while we do understand that circumstances can change and we sympathize, we do have to follow the cancellation policy:

-Cancellations more than 7 days in advance of your dog’s intended arrival, there is no charge.

-Cancellations less than 7 days in advance, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of what your invoice would have been.

-Cancellations less than 3 days in advance, we charge a cancellation fee of 75% of what your invoice would have been.
